We guarantee you will remain 100% anonymous throughout the whole process as we resolve your ASB issue for you.

If it makes you feel safer, you don’t even have to give us your real name or address if you don’t want to – and we will still advise, act and advocate on your behalf.

However, to enable our communication, we do require some contact details from you:

1. An email address – if you wish, this can be a ‘burner’ email address that reveals no information about you at all e.g. [email protected]

2.  Optionally you can also provide a phone number – preferably a mobile number. 

Our preferred way of staying in contact with you is via WhatsApp as it is end-to-end encrypted. 

End-to-end encryption ensures only you and us at ASB Pro can read or listen to what is sent, and nobody else in between, not even WhatsApp. This is because with end-to-end encryption, your messages are secured with a lock, and only we and you have the special key needed to unlock and read them. All of this happens automatically: you do not need to turn on any special settings to secure your messages.

As an extra security measure to secure our phone calls, you will be issued with a unique passphrase to use in all future calls with ASB Pro. This will be fully explained to you at our initial consultation.
